We started with a simple question
“Why is talking to customers still harder than it should be?”

The idea
YSDesk began with a simple goal — make it easier for businesses to talk to their website visitors. No complexity. Just real conversations when they matter.
May 2025
Building the foundation
Launched publicly in March. Hit 500 paying customers by June without a single paid ad — purely through word of mouth from businesses who switched from Intercom and stayed.
April 2026
Public launch
Added WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger. Teams in 47 countries now use YSDesk to support their customers in real time.

How do you handle data privacy and security?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR compliant and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request. We never sell customer data, never use conversation data for AI training, and offer full data export and deletion at any time. Our infrastructure undergoes regular third-party security audits.
Do you have an affiliate or partner program?
